Ideal candidate needs to have at least 2-3 years experience as a second stew on 40m+ vessels, must be a team player and ready to hit the ground running as the boat is heavily used by the family but this shouldn’t be an issue for the right candidate.
The owners use the boat most weekends as well as have planned trips to New England for the summer.

An awesome 90m motor private yacht is looking for a deckhand with a strong golfing background. A solid golfing ability is a priority, along with great interpersonal skills as this role involves a high level of guest interaction, including with the principal.
The role is primarily a deckhand but has the additional responsibility of running the golfing related activities onboard (simulator / maintenance and organising clubs / playing rounds with guests).
Must be a team player and career orientated individual who will likely to commit for at least 12 months.
Also its important that the candidate is happy to just get amongst the current program with no drama or ego! There are great crew vibes on board with a fun social bunch.
Cruising is the United States and Canada for summer and then a yard period before the Caribbean season.
B1B2 must be in hand already.
There is also an excellent training package for someone that wants to move up in the yachting world
