Sole Engineer (Y3) – 30m+ M/Y Charter – Salary is 8000 USD – Shared cabin – Cayman Flagged Vessel
Permanent contract joining in Fort Lauderdale, start date is Mid-March.
The captain is looking for the right personality to join this established team, as all crew help all departments aboard when necessary.
Cruising will be charter and guest trips with the owners, and the captain has confirmed that the owners are lovely and look after the crew very well.
Qualifications: Y3 or equivalent, STCW and ENG1 and B1/B2 if not locally based.

Chief Engineer – (Y3) 40m+ M/Y single season Charter – Location Greece.

The captain would ideally like to work with an experienced engineer, who is easy going and communicates well, a good all-rounder / team player.
Looking for a fit & healthy experienced Chief Engineer with all round experience (mechanical, electrical, AVIT) with a hands-on approach, ideally with a charter background would be a bonus.
The yacht is a busy charter vessel and is already fully booked for the season.
Qualifications: Minimum Y3, STCW, ENG1 – 5 years+ experience in the industry, working on similar size vessels.

EXPERIENCED DECKHAND (YM) NEEDED FOR A 40m MOTOR YACHT (PRIVATE)

A 40m Private Motor Yacht is seeking a motivated and professional Deckhand to join the team. Fantastic owner & crew with an adventurous itinerary.
Two deckhands are employed to facilitate a 92-day leave rotation. The crew is multinational and maintains a positive and professional onboard culture.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in deck operations and water sports.
A high attention to detail, self-motivation, and willingness to take instruction are essential. Applicants must be confident tender drivers. Dive experience is highly beneficial, as the vessel regularly dives and snorkels with guests.
Yacht master is needed, as this role offers the opportunity to gain supervised OOW experience while underway. The successful candidate will be positive, self-motivated, fun yet professional, and a strong team player. The vessel places strong emphasis on crew development and provides a dedicated training budget.
The yacht operates with a crew of 14 (9 on board at any time), with a deck team of three to four comprising the Chief Officer, Bosun, and Deckhand (plus one on leave).
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

– Yacht master
– Additional advantageous skills include a dive qualification, e-foil experience, jet tender handling, and dinghy sailing experience.
– Excellent references are needed

PACKAGE
– €3,500 per month x 12 months (90 working days probationary period).
– Leave: 92 days paid leave per year based around a 3 on/1 off ratio (economy flights included).

– Yearly performance-related bonus scheme in place. Good performance will be rewarded by a 1-month salary bonus, with increased amounts possible for higher performance up to 3-months bonus.

We are currently looking to recruit a Staff Chief Engineer within a leading cruise line company. The role is 12/12 rotations paid leave. Applicants should have sailed in a similar role for at least 18 months on a cruise ship.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Chief Engineer to join a 100m+ luxury yacht. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in large-yacht engineering and strong knowledge of MTU engine systems. The position offers a salary of €12,000 per month on a 2:2 rotation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience serving as Chief Engineer on yachts between 80m and 100m+, including at least 6 years in the role on vessels of 110m or larger. Proven experience working with MTU engines is essential, along with strong leadership abilities and excellent technical management skills. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated experience overseeing complex engineering operations on large vessels.
This role is well suited to a seasoned Chief Engineer who is ready to take on a senior position aboard a prestigious superyacht.
