Chief Officer (USCG 1600 Master) – 58m MY – Commercial Motor Yacht – Cayman Flag – Joining location – West Palm Beach – Start date: 18th January 2026.
Leave package on offer is 90 days with two paid return economy flights.
Salary is negotiable with a 13th month bonus.
Ideally, you will have prior experience as Chief Officer and competent with ISM/ISPS, promoting a good safety culture and running a navigational Bridge.
Drivetime will be available and support will be given for further studies.
Currently carrying out refit works and new set-up procedures alongside the management company. Thereafter, plans are not yet confirmed, but likely cruising the Bahamas during the Spring.
The owners appreciate their crew and would like to build a team who stays with the program. This was achieved well with their previous yacht, and all crew are in the process of transferring over.
Qualifications: USCG 1600 Master, STCW, ENG1 – & experience working on similar size vessels.
