I’m currently assisting a long-standing Fleet Captain in the search for a Deck Officer to join a prestigious 100m+ private yacht.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a commercial background (cruise or ferry) who hold a Master Unlimited license.

We are looking to recruit 3rd Engineers to join a large cruise ship company, Previous cruise ship experince is essential , However we will consider those who have have sailed on VLCC. LNG and LPG’s. 22. 60m Private SY. EOOW. 2nd Engineer. 4 on 1 off. $ to 5000 per month. Summer: Mediterranean. Winter: United States. An experienced and motivated Second Engineer to join a 60m private sailing yacht currently in Europe with plans to head to the States and possibly the Bahamas for the winter season. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a strong engineering background and a flexible, can-do attitude. Occasional deck support and tender driving will be required, so versatility and teamwork are key. EOOW or Y4
* Previous experience as Second Engineer on a sailing or motor yacht of similar size is preferred
* Good understanding of yacht engineering systems (generators, watermakers, pumps, air conditioning, etc.).
* Basic deck knowledge and willingness to assist the deck team when needed.
* Tender driving experience is highly desirable.
* STCW (current), ENG1, and valid visa to work/travel in the U.S.
* Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
$4,500.00pcm – $5,000.00 following a successful probationary period. Full medical. Leave accrued at 4:1. 2 round trip economy flights will be covered by the company to your country of residence.
