The ideal candidate will be a confident and capable sailor, with solid experience on similar-sized sailing yachts, and must hold a minimum of a Master 500GT license.
The yacht is looking for someone who is hands-on, passionate about performance sailing, and confident leading an experienced crew. A strong sailing background and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.

We are currently recruiting for a Relief Captain for a 50m Private M/Y. The position involves taking over from the current Captain, overseeing and signing off on final warranty works for this recently delivered new build, and then relocating the vessel to Italy within the coming weeks for shipyard works to commence. As the season has now finished, the Captain will remain on board throughout this period to ensure smooth operations and continuity until the end of the year. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience on similar-sized vessels, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage both warranty and shipyard phases with professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent references are essential!

We are seeking an experienced Deckhand with 1–2 years in yachting to join a busy 40m private yacht currently based in the Med. The yacht will remain active with guests until late November before entering the yard over winter. In 2026, the vessel will move to commercial operations with a mix of private and charter use.
✔️ 1–2 years’ proven experience (green crew cannot be considered)
✔️ Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
