Exciting Opportunity – Offshore Project Superintendent
Join a High-Impact – Offshore Platform Installation project off the Australian Coast
Programmed Offshore is seeking two highly skilled Project Superintendents for an exciting six-month contract. This opportunity will commence in Perth/Singapore ASAP and transition to offshore rotations for an Offshore Platform Installation off the Australian Coast by mid-August 2025.
As a Project Superintendent, you will play a key role in overseeing the installation of the topsides, including pre-float over and during installation. You will manage and lead teams in welding, rigging, scaffolding, and painting to ensure seamless execution of this major project.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure all equipment is successfully loaded onboard in Singapore in preparation for offshore operations.
✅Oversee the execution of the ‘Float Over Method’ for topsides installation, ensuring all activities are performed safely and efficiently.
✅Leverage your expertise in topsides installation and work platform construction to drive project success.
✅Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and performance on-site.
✅Manage offshore rotations of approximately 30–45 days in-field, contributing to the smooth delivery of the gas field development.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
✅Proven experience in the installation of offshore work platforms, with a deep understanding of topsides installation.
✅Hands-on experience with the Float Over Method for topsides installation.
✅Previous offshore project experience, particularly in managing large-scale installations, will be highly advantageous.
✅Availability to start in Singapore, with offshore rotations commencing in August 2025.
✅Full Australian Working Rights.
