Job Title: #Tool Pusher Location: #Port Harcourt
· Assist in planning and coordinating daily rig activities, including drilling, #casing, #tripping, and rig-up/rig-down procedures.
· Monitor the execution of #drilling programs, ensuring adherence to specifications and schedules.
· Supervise and mentor drill crew members and #rig floor personnel.
· Organize shift schedules and monitor crew performance and behavior
· Oversee maintenance schedules and inspections for rig equipment.
· Maintain accurate daily records of drilling progress, equipment usage, crew activities, and incidents
Requirements
· BSc in Engineering or relevant field
· #IWCF / Well Control Certification. Valid HSE and safety certifications
· Minimum of #8years’ experience in #drilling operations, with 3 – 5 years in a supervisory/Tool pusher role.
· Strong understanding of drilling operations, rig equipment, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
· Strong understanding of rig equipment, drilling fluids, #downhole tools, and #well control
