Identify hazards and stop unsafe work
Track progress against the night plan & escalate risks
What we’re looking for:
Proven shift leadership in energy / process / industrial environments
Strong HSSE knowledge & safe systems of work
Confident communicator & calm decision-maker
Strong reporting discipline
Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
Willing to work rotating night shifts
