For a New build steel 35 m which is still under construction, an experienced permanent engineer. A Croatian in this case, since the yacht will be based in Croatia and there will be many services and interactions with Croatian services, aftersales… Someone capable, hands-on, experienced with taking over New Builds, and after-sales, and ready to work long hours to prepare and equip the yacht for the season ahead.
The yacht offers a busy program, with good management support. Salary TBC depending on the experience.

・This position is a permanent role to start around the 15th of February, and you must have a proven track record of strong experience in order to be considered.
・As the Chef, you must be able to cook a wide variety of foods and have the willingness to provision in far off places. As the Captain, you must be an experienced sailor and hold a Yachtmaster Ocean ticket as a minimum.
