We are currently recruiting a Chief Engineer to join a Private M/Y. The ideal candidate will be mechanically and technically minded, a strong problem solver and demonstrate excellent leadership qualities. Experience with Feadships/similar builds, IDEA and Rochem systems would be highly advantageous. The Chief Engineer should be organised, maintain up-to-date administrative records and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and a commitment to a professional, collaborative environment are essential. This yacht has a history of long-term crew retention, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stability within a friendly and well-structured team. Excellent references are essential.

Role Overview:

・You must have a keen interest and thorough understanding of the engineering department. The role is split between engineering and deck work when needed. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for a Yachtmaster and AEC1 holder to step into a great role onboard a fantastic yacht.
・This is a great position for someone looking to learn and gain valuable engineering and deck experience. You must preferably have solid longevity on your CV.
