is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee operations of two 3000HP land rigs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage daily operations of two 3000HP land rigs in alignment with company and client standards.
– Supervise Rig Managers/Toolpushers, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations.
– Act as the primary interface with the client, ensuring strong communication and operational excellence.
– Drive HSE performance and maintain a culture of safety across all crews.
– Oversee rig maintenance, performance tracking, and ensure adherence to drilling programs.
– Monitor budgets, operational KPIs, and report directly to senior management.
Requirements:
– Minimum 15+ years’ drilling industry experience, 2 years as Field Superintendent.
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
– Candidate MUST have experience managing 3000HP land rigs.
– Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Offshore HSE Coach (Type A), Zenith Energy are working with our Oil & Gas E&P Operator Client and have a requirement for a 12 Month, 28/28 Rotation, contract requirement based in Myanmar.
Role
You will work offshore onboard a 7th generation semisubmersible Ram Rig shoulder-to-shoulder with the crews during work preparation and execution. Your job is to spot risks early, challenge unclear plans, and coach teams to execute and manage change safely and efficiently. You bring operational credibility and a belief that safety comes from good planning, clear communication, and disciplined work practices.
Strengthen safety performance by improving operational readiness, work planning quality, and communication during critical transitions. You are independent but embedded—supporting offshore leadership.
Key Responsibilities
– Maintain a visible field presence during daily operations—observe, coach, and support crews in real time.
– Review upcoming work plans with teams—method statements, risk assessments, and procedures—to confirm clarity and readiness before work starts.
– Coach supervisors and crews on hazard identification, dynamic risk assessment, and control-of-work discipline.
– Guide pre-job discussions (toolbox talks, SJAs, pre-tower meetings) to ensure alignment on scope, roles, and contingencies.
– Encourage cross-functional communication between drilling, marine, maintenance, and HSE to keep safety central to decision-making.
– Provide concise feedback to rig leadership—factual, actionable, low on paperwork.
– Model calm, competent leadership during planning, transition, and execution.
Qualifications & Experience
– Extensive offshore operational background (former Driller, Toolpusher, OIM, DSL or Drilling Supervisor)
– Deep understanding of well operations, mechanical systems, and field coordination
– Proven knowledge of control of work, permit-to-work systems, dynamic risk, and hazard management
– Skilled communicator—able to coach; influence without formal authority
– Proactive and observant—confident enough to intervene when safety or clarity is at risk
– Technically literate—can follow and contribute to engineering, maintenance, and operational discussions
– Field-focused—prefers time on deck over paperwork; able to distil key observations quickly
– Certifications: OPITO BOSIET/HUET, NEBOSH (or equivalent safety qualification)
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across cultures and disciplines
