This role will work closely with the office and project teams to ensure efficient operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce HSEQ procedures, including toolbox talks and incident reporting
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, quality control, and record keeping
- Coordinate procurement and prepare equipment kits for diving operations
- Manage stores and inventory: receiving, issuing, tracking, and stock control
- Strong leadership to supervise workshop technicians and oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing of diving and associated equipment
- Plan and prioritise work in line with operational and project requirements
- Ensure compliance with IMCA, ADCI, company BMS, ISO safety standards and COSHH.
- Maintain certification, calibration, and service records
- Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements
