Akira Energy is looking for an Offshore Roustabout to join our service pool in Den Helder.
As a Roustabout, you’re the all-round deck hand keeping offshore operations safe, organised, and running smoothly. You’ll support drilling/production teams, handle deck logistics, and work in a close-knit crew in challenging offshore conditions.
It is a very short project – therefor require candidates in the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities:
Loading/unloading supply vessels & supporting lifting operations
Rigging, banksman duties & material handling
Housekeeping & basic maintenance (cleaning, painting, greasing)
Supporting floor operations & helideck duties (HLO when assigned)
Working under PTW systems & participating in toolbox talks
Reporting hazards & maintaining strong safety standards
*Requirements:
Offshore or heavy-industry experience preferred
Banksman
Nogepa 0.5A
Coxswain Met freefall 2.7 Ac F
Basic Helicopter firefighting 2.6A en Helicopter landing officer 1.1A
Basic offshore first aid 2.2a
Rigger stage 4
Strong Dutch language skills (mandatory)
