Position Details:
・We are looking for a candidate with 1–2 years of proven experience as a Deckhand on yachts 50m+. You’ll need to demonstrate a solid understanding of deck operations and the ability to integrate quickly into a fast-paced, professional team.
・The right individual will be motivated, team-orientated, and eager to contribute to a high-performing deck department.
・This position offers a 3:1 rotational leave package with additional incentives to be discussed during the interview process.
