Deckhand – 46m Sailing Yacht – Caribbean
An exciting opportunity has become available to work on a 46m Sailing Yacht. They are looking for an experienced Deckhand, who is based in the Caribbean, to join their crew ASAP. However, they will take on a temporary Deckhand if necessary to join the crew until they arrive in Palma.⛵️🌊
As a Deckhand, you will be working as part of a team to complete a number of duties such as teak maintenance, polishing, docking and mooring procedures, and watchkeeping.🤩
The boat has plans to head to Martinique in early April and spend time in Genoa before a 6 week yard period in Spain. They will then spend the summer cruising in the Balearics before a refit in the winter.🗺️✨

Manager of Fleet Hotel and New Build Inventory
I am representing a premium cruise line in an exciting growth period, who are looking for a Manager of Fleet Hotel and New Build Inventory to join their team.
About the role:
The Manager would drive a diverse shipboard Hotel Inventory team to consistently deliver on financial compliance and par level expectations in order to support the shipboard hotel operation.
The Manager will guide and encourage Hotel Inventory leadership onboard to build a culture that drives all related inventory operations, in a compliant, safe and healthy environment in accordance with the brand standards and HESS protocols.
The Manager will closely monitor inventory levels and financial results to ensure targets are met and prepare newbuild first fit orders to ensure a successful launch and guest experience expectations are met.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years experience in inventory, materials, systems and logistics management;
– Knowledgeable of public health standards related to storeroom management of hotel items;
– Knowledge of food & chemical storage guidelines;
– Previous experience in ordering cycles and developing and maintaining par stock levels;
– Experience in analysing costs, monthly reports and developing monthly forecasts and annual budgets from this data;
– Computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
– Individual must have extensive knowledge of shipboard logistics and Inventory operations;
– Knowledge of Crunchtime inventory system preferred;
– Organized, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, and mathematics;
– Strong written and verbal English language skills;
– Ability to write effective business correspondence.
