ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF WITH MICHELIN BACKGROUND NEEDED FOR A 60m MOTOR YACHT
START DATE: Early to Mid August
SCHEDULE: Cruising plans will be the Med and then starting a circumnavigation with a very exciting itinerary including Alaska, Costa Rica, the Galapagos, South Pacific, Indian Ocean, Australasia, Asia etc.
This is an amazing opportunity for an exceptional Rotational Head Chef for this 60m Motor Yacht with an amazing itinerary ahead.Predominantly private but they do charter on occasion. Run with a 50m Support vessel too
Owners very family-orientated and value their crew. Having a big team dynamic onboard is important to them, so no hotheads in the Galley as the owners like to see a happy environment, owners like to interact with the Chef on a daily basis
Runs with 25 crew total not including the support vessel. Galley runs with 2 chefs including the Head Chef. Owners love Asian cuisine so a lot of high-end experience with this is required, ideally with a Michelin background.
The current Head Chef has been on board for 5 years and amongst the crew most people have been on board for at least 2 years so proven longevity is favourably looked upon.
