The Well Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and execution support of drilling, completion, and well intervention operations. The role ensures wells are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget while meeting all technical and regulatory requirements.
#Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
· Minimum #5years experience in well engineering or drilling operations.
· Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) is required.
· Experience in onshore/offshore drilling projects.
· Strong knowledge of drilling engineering, well design, and well operations.
· Understanding of well control principles and pressure management.
· Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., WellPlan, Landmark, or equivalent).

ASSISTANT DRILLER **
We are currently looking to speak with experienced ASSISTANT DRILLERS for an upcoming project in Norway, offered on a temp-to-perm basis.
Previous experience working on MODUs or in harsh environment operations is desirable. Familiarity with HMH equipment would also be advantageous.
Due to location of the rig, we can only accept UK/EU Nationals.
